Learn about some of Tulsa’s best cocktails from master mixologists at The Vault’s Tom Tom Room. The focus of this class is vodka, and participants will receive four sample cocktails and appetizers on Thursday, March 23rd from 6-8pm. Make a night of it and stay for dinner after the class is over (dinner costs not included).   

Suit up and get ready to play some basketball with Varsity coaches Jason Bogle and Andi Moore.  Groups will be divided into gender and by age group so that maximum learning and maximum fun can take place. Members of the Varsity teams will be assisting too, and snacks will be served. On the afternoon of Monday, March 27th, Kindergarten – 2nd grade Mini-Camp will be 3:30-5pm and 3rd-5th grade will be 5-6:30pm. The perfect outing for budding ballers!

On April 7th, Riverfield moms and their friends will take 15th Street by storm! The Cherry Street rooftop is reserved for this fun-loving group, with heavy hors d'oeuvres from Mi Cocina, drinks, and music. The evening starts at 7pm and will wrap up at 10pm. From there, attendees can decide to continue their revelry elsewhere or head home. Don't miss out on this entertaining evening while hanging out with friends!

Sip tea, nosh on light appetizers, and share in special moments with your daughters at a Mother’s Day Mother Daughter Tea Party hosted by Debra Wilson (Evelyn Johnson’s grandma) from 3-5pm on Saturday, April 8, 2017. This is a chance for moms and their 4 – 8 year old daughters to make some priceless memories, so find a special dress and practice your tea party manners! Cost of $45 is for the mother/daughter pair.

Muster up the courage with the help of a few spirits and compete in the greatest orthography challenge of all time- The Boozy Bee hosted by Rick and Brandi Thomas. Do you feel trepidation when asked to spell in a microphone? No worries. On Saturday, April 22nd, just take a sip of your favorite beverage, step up to the podium, and let the letters fly. This spelling bee could get rated R, so it’s just for mature audiences. Party guests must be 21 or older and spelling participants should arrange for a designated driver. Heavy hors d'oeuvres and full bar provided. The Bee will be organized and judged by prestigious members of the English department.

Pairs of parents and K-5th grade children are welcome to spend the morning of Saturday, April 22nd in one of the Lower School's best-loved places: the Art Room. From 10am-noon, you and your child can explore and create with a variety of media including clay, wire, fabrics, paints, markers, and more with the guidance and encouragement of Ms. Redmond. Snacks will be included. Get ready to get artsy! Price of $30 is for the parent/child pair.

The ladies have had their “girls night” event for several years; now it’s time for the men to have an outing of their own. Guys, lace up your high-tops, stretch those hamstrings, and sign up for the first ever men’s basketball pick-up game. Hosted by the athletic department, this event will include pizza, beer, and bragging rights for those that make it through the evening uninjured. The game will be held from 2-4pm on Saturday, April 22nd in the Clark Gymnasium. Adults only.

Join your friends for a fun night out while you drink some wine and create your very own masterpiece! With step-by-step instruction from Kirsten Redmond, we will provide the wine, snacks, supplies, and fun to help you create your very own work of art. To be held in the Main Building Art Studio at 7pm on Friday, April 28^th.

The Upper School Student Council invites parents to bring their child (3 years to 3rd grade) to an "Enchanted Evening" semi-formal dance. It will be held from 6:30-8pm on Friday, April 28th in the Upper School Cafeteria. Punch and cookies will be served. Don't miss this opportunity to make special memories to treasure for years to come. Price of $40 is for the parent/child pair.

Bring the whole family for these games and more as well as snacks and treats at the concession stand. Siblings, parents, students… everyone can play! This will take place on Saturday, May 6th from 1-3pm on the Martha S. Clark Field. Price of $30 is per family.
