Full Side Of Angus Beef
The quality of this side of beef is comparable to Prime Certified Angus Beef sold by retailers. Pasture-raised on a high roughage diet consisting of mixed bermuda, rye grasses, and hay, supplemented with soybean hull and corn pellets, there are no growth hormones used. Included are an assortment of porterhouses, t-bones, ribeyes, sirloins, tenderized round steaks, tenderized loin tip steaks, chuck eye steaks, pike’s peak roasts, arm roasts, chuck roasts, a full brisket, short ribs, stew meat, and lots of ground beef/hamburger. This usually totals between 300-350 pounds of beef. Vacuum sealed, labeled, and frozen in individual packages by Porter's Custom Meat Processing in Hugo, OK. Meat will be available for delivery in July 2016.
Also included is in this package are dutch oven, dutch oven tote bag, dutch oven lid cover, Complete Cookbook of Dutch Oven Cooking, and Crew Ware professional bib apron from Metro Appliances.
This will require about 15 cubic feet of freezer space.
